Answering your questions

Do you have thoughts about what the test entails or what test you need? Then we have probably answered it already below.

Everyone can get tested at our test centres irrespective of whether you have a Swedish social security number or not. But remember to always bring a valid ID-card or passport.

Yes, our certificates are in both English and Swedish.

Both children and adults can get tested at our centres. However, there is a minimum age limit of 3 years. (Or above?)

Unfortunately, we are unable to give you any exact answer as it depends on which country you are travelling to and which airline company you travel with. Therefore, check carefully what certificates you need before departure.

The only difference is that the travel certificate is signed by a doctor and therefore bear an extra cost of 300 SEK. Except for this, the certificates are identical, and we provide them both.

Yes, you need to be tested as a Danish citizen to further limit the spread of the disease.

It depends on where you are going and with which airline you booked your travels. In many cases an antigen test is required but remember to check the requirements for your specific trip before you test yourself.

Yes, our certificate can be used when travelling and is written in both Swedish and English.

Yes. If you are unable to arrive on time we appreciate if you cancel your appointment instead of not showing up. This gives us an opportunity to help more people.

If you, for some reason, do not show up on time and have not cancelled your booking at least 6 hours beforehand, you will only receive a 299 SEK refund. If you know that you are running late, please give us a call, and we will call you in as soon as you arrive but be aware that some extra waiting time might occur.

Our rapid tests provide a result in 15-20 minutes and our PCR tests in 20-25 minutes. The test result will be provided on paper written in Swedish and English. Please note that the waiting time might vary if you choose the drop-in option.

No, we only provide online bookings as we rather use our resources to improve our on-site customer service.

Yes, we are open 7 days a week and during holidays. Please call your local test centre for opening hours during the holidays.
